Great service. Lovely people.
Very concerned, great experience
The staff is incredibly nice and helpful!
Very kind and friendly competent staff. Highly recommend!
Most efficient and effective evaluation ever.
Dr. Alexis Olson was great! I really appreciated the time she took to explain, while also fixing my problem!
Since getting hearing aids, I have been very lucky to have Dr. Christine Stewart to guide me along. She is great at answering all my questions and so helpful to making sure I am hearing clearly. I highly recommend her practice.
This senior citizen walked out of his first appointment with 110% improvement with my hearing. Dr. Stewart corrected my hearing aid domes, modified the programming, and diagnosed and put a plan together to address a technical problem with my left aid. I had walked into the appointment there with little hope for any improvement. I am elated (no exaggeration!) with Dr. Stewart's impact and STRONGLY advocate making an appointment with the team at South County Hearing Services.
Visiting Narragansett from Punta Gorda, FL. I called So. County Hearing and spoke to Heidi and told her my predicament that I was on vacation and my hearing aid wire broke. She told me to bring it down and they would see what they could do. I received a call within a couple of hours that it was fixed. Heidi was very pleasant and accommodating. Thank you to Heidi and whoever fixed my hearing aid at South County Hearing.
As a physician, I appreciate good patient care, and that is exactly what I received from Dr. Olson and Heidi. Professional, proficient, personal. Very welll done!
I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Christine Stewart as my new audiologist. I now hear sounds I haven't heard in 30 years. Her explanation of hearing problems and their solutions was excellent. She has truly changed my life for the better! I highly recommend her!
I want to sing praise...and I mean praise for the kindness, time and effort shown me by Heidi who works at SOUTH COUNTY HEARING SERVICES, 360 Kingstown Road, Narragansett. It is a long convoluted story but my feeling is anyone would be fortunate to have the services of South County Hearing Services and their employees. Donna deWardener
You can have complete confidence in South County Hearing Service. I could have saved a few bucks online or at a membership warehouse, but……..the service. The service is excellent, and just about unprecedented in recent memory.
Have an issue? Come right in! Need loaners while the $$$$$ hearing aids you took for a swim while on vacation are being replaced (under warranty)? No problem!
I paid for the best, and I got not just top quality hearing aids, but top quality *service*. If you care about how you are treated, and want first class professional products AND service, you know where to go.
A very happy customer.
The team at SCHS is top notch. They know how to “listen” to your needs and customize the best solution. This makes for not only a comfortable and enjoyable experience but you feel taken care of both professionally and personally. Highly recommend- especially if you are new to hearing aids!!
Fantastic. Christine handles the audiology end of things explaining clearly what the data mean. Lorrie's patience when explaining how the hearing aids work and setting up them up for you is more than comforting and Heidi's is the smiling face you see when you arrive and - even more so - when you pay. Christine, Lorrie and Heidi work together as a team, making for a seamless transition from hearing test to hearing aid purchase to checking out. Thanks.
Very happy with the testing process and getting fitted. Was able to get an appointment quickly and had hearing aids in two weeks.
Christine and her staff are highly competent, caring and congenial. They take the time to answer your questions and make sure that you get the best care possible. I highly recommend this place to anyone with hearing problems.
Christine takes time to answer all questions and ensures you get quality care.
After leaving SCHearing several years ago I just returned and was glad to see that the expertise and professionalism were just as good as before . Christene and her staff are top notch and friendly. I had a few issues with the hearing aids but left the visit with zero issues .
Fantastic service. Very accomodating
My visit to South County Hearing Services was a game changer in my life. I was very, very hesitant to go for the visit because I did not want to admit I was old and hard of hearing. Dr. Stewart was so patient, understanding, and informative. The evaluation was painless and the results so very interesting. I LOVE my new devices and cannot believe the difference they have made in everyday life. No more sounding like an old man by asking people, "WHAT? CAN YOU REPEAT THAT?" This is a completely professional operation that is focused on what is best for the patient.
Dr. Stewart and her staff are kind, considerate and caring. I was able to sit with my parents for their initial appointment with Dr. Stewart. Each step of the appointment was clearly explained to the level that both my parents and I could understand. We feel like part of the family. During the pandemic, she mailed us a letter wishing us well and a second one letting us know the office was open. Dr. Stewart is the first audiologist I will recommend to everyone.
I have had wonderful experiences at SCH. Friendly, professional people and great service. Thanks to Dr. Stewart for a successful outcome with my hearing difficulties.
I've been a patient of South County Hearing Services for several years and must say it is a total pleasure; from Heidi to Lori to Christine you are made to feel like a member of their family! Been to other audiologists but never have they provided the thorough services and care as received from them. Any problems with hearing aids, remotes, etc. are addressed immediately and always to my satisfaction. Have referred many family and friends to the practice with never even the smallest complaint, nothing but raves. South County Hearing Services is outstanding, Period!
I've had the pleasure of going to South County hearing services for several years now, highly recommend Christine and her staff, great people and very knowledgeable!!
Dr. Stewart and her staff are caring and competent. It was easy to get an appointment, the staff are following all COVID-19 procedures, and most importantly I felt I my issues were listened to and addressed. I would highly recommend their services.
Excellent, caring services here. Dr. Stewart and her staff always put the patient first. I referred my father as well.
